My Work
I’m experienced in several mediums and platforms—from being a trained audio engineer (hello podcasts!) to producing videos to creating content for websites, social media and more, I’ve done it all. Scroll down to view a few of my recent projects.
DEI-Centered Storytelling
Part of my role as the sole MarCom representative for the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship is to tell the stories of our CWRU Entrepreneurs, whether they are students, faculty or alumni. As a team we are devoted to being sure the stories we tell represent the diversity of our community. I have created a number of videos that we share to our website and social media, as well as written corresponding articles to publish on our blog and the university’s daily newsletter.
CWRU Entrepreneurship Home Page
Serving as Content Designer, I led this initiative to completely overhaul the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship website, alongside University Marketing Central. Here’s where it was before. (Yikes!) I wrote all of the copy and instructed the web team on how to lay out and design the page.
Veale Foundation Quarterly Reports
Part of my role includes submitting quarterly reports to the Veale Foundation, who fund the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship at CWRU. I do, well, everything for these reports. Gathering data, designing layout, writing copy, interviewing subjects for storytelling, hiring photographers, and whatever else comes up.
Happy Thought Knits
I’m a knitter. Not just a knitter, an obsessed knitter. Recently I began designing my own sweater patterns, and have started a business as a clothing brand. I recently had my first pop-up market and can’t wait to do more!
You can take a look at my website and see all of the content I created, the photoshoot I creative directed, and the products I designed below.
There’s More
I have more articles, websites, YouTube videos, and social media content I could share here, but wouldn’t it be better to have a call?
Feel free to reach out at megan.e.kuhar@gmail.com to schedule a chat and I’ll tell you more about what I do.
